- This dissertation assesses the achievements and limitations in the Party's leadership over external information activities from 1986 to 2013.
- Initially, the thesis summarizes the practical and scientific experiences from the Party's leadership of external information activities during the years 1986-2013.
- In particular, the thesis has collected a system of documents related to the research topic, enriching the body of information on history related to foreign affairs and foreign information of Vietnam during the period 1986-2013.
- The research findings of this thesis have affirmed the importance of external information and the leading role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in external information activities, as well as the requirements of increasingly deeper regional and international integration in the coming years.
