- Summarize some leadership experiences of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the work of building ethnic minority cadres in the political system, which can be applied to better implement the work of building ethnic minority cadres in the political system, in mountainous localities across the country in the coming time.

- From the results of a practical survey on the process of leading the building of ethnic minority cadres in the political system in mountainous districts of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in 20 years (1996 - 2015), it is a theoretical basis for Party committees at all levels to refer to in the process of leading the building of ethnic minority cadres in the political system in mountainous areas with similarities to Nghe An province.

- From the results of reality survey on the process of leading the building of ethnic official body in the political system in mountainous districts of the Communist Party Committee of Nghe An Province within 20 years (from 1996 to 2015), which is the theoretical basis for the communist party committee of all levels to refer to during the building of ethnic official body in the political system in mountainous areas with similarities with Nghe An Province.
