- Drawing some historical observations and lessons for the Party to address the national question and the relationship between nation and class in the current period.

- The thesis is a serious scientific work, significant theoretical and practical. Looking at the Party leadership resolving ethnic issues in Vietnam from 1930 to 1945, this thesis has clarified.
- The theoretical and practical bases for the Party resolved the nation issue in Vietnam from 1930 to 1945.
- The process of awareness and policies, directions of the Party in resolving the relationship between national independence and agrarian revolution; between the struggle for independence of Vietnam and the other one for Laos and Cambodia from 1930 to 1945.

- Contributing scientific thesises which can be applied to strengthen and promote the national unity in present;
- The thesis can be used as reference in research, reaching history of the CPV in academia, institutions, universities…
