- This thesis systematically reconstructs the process by which the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee led the development of handicrafts from 1997 to 2012, analyzing the successes and limitations of the Party Committee in determining the direction, proposing solutions, and organizing the implementation of handicraft development.

- This dissertation contributes to providing additional scientific foundations and summarizing experiences, helping the Party Committee and Party committees at all levels, the People's Committee, and departments and agencies in the province to have more reference materials in the process of summarizing practical experiences to develop plans for the development of handicraft economy in the future.

11. Practical applications:

This dissertation can serve as a reference document in research and compilation of the history of the Party Committee and the history of the industrial sector of Bac Ninh province, as well as assisting doctoral students when researching this type of topic.

12. Future research directions: In the future, I will continue to research the Party's policy on handicrafts and the application of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee's guidelines on handicraft development in practice.

- Thesis examines a systematic process of Bacninh's province Party leading in handicraft economy from 1997 to 2012, analyzing the successes, limitations of the Party in defining the direction of solutions and organizations to manage the development of handicraft.

- The thesis contributes to provide more scientific basis, summed up the experience, help the Party and Committees, People's Committee and the departments and agencies in city having more reference sources in the total practice the plan to build the economic development of handicraft in the future.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The thesis is the trusted resource to serve the research and compilation of the historic city Party; the history of handicraft and industrial development of Bacninh. At the same time, the thesis will be the reference of students and graduate students in studying this subject category.
