10. Summary of new results of the thesis:
(1) The topic has built the concept of life, value, life value and life value of the elderly in Vietnam.
(2) The thesis has identified the values of life: happiness, love, respect, freedom, responsibility, peace and solidarity that are being actively practiced and demonstrated by the elderly in Vietnam in their daily lives.
(3) The life values of the Vietnamese elderly mentioned above, through the manifestations: perception, attitude and behavior operate in a close relationship, interact, intertwine with each other to form a unified whole (life values) that cannot be divided in their real life.
(4) Behavioral manifestations of Vietnamese elderly people have the strongest influence on their life values at the time of the study.
(5) The living values of Vietnamese elderly people are affected by many aspects (objective, subjective), many dimensions (positive, negative) of many different factors, but, among them, the subjective factor: "the sense of responsibility of the elderly towards themselves, their families and society" has the strongest impact.
11. Practical application:
(1) The research results can be a reference for researchers, lecturers, and students interested in this topic, and also have reference value for policy makers on the elderly.
(2) The research results of the thesis are one of the reference documents for children and the younger generation to fully and deeply understand the life values of the elderly, on that basis, have appropriate behaviors.
12. Further research directions:
(1) Research on the high and low levels of the current status of living values of the elderly in Vietnam.
(2) Research the high and low levels of the 7 life values considered in the thesis.
(3) Research the difference in living values of Vietnamese elderly people compared to living values of elderly people in some countries in Southeast Asia and around the world.

(1) The thesis has developed the concept of living, value, the living value and the living value of Vietnam elderly.

(2) The results of the thesis is one of the references to their children and the younger generation to understand fully and deeply the living value of Vietnamese elderly, on that basis, have the behaviors.

(1) To study of low, high level of the elderly living value in Vietnam.
(2) To study of low, high level of seven living values were reviewed in the thesis.
(3) To study the difference in living value of the elderly in Vietnam compared to the living value of older people in some countries in Asia and around the world.
