10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The research findings of this thesis show that:

- Graduates have become aware of the role of networking in their career opportunities. Building upon their family relationships, graduates have established networks outside the family with friends, teachers, and members of social organizations. These social networks allow graduates to leverage resources in their job search: information resources, financial resources, social connections, etc.

- Besides official job search channels, many graduates find employment through information and support from members of their social networks, especially family connections. The scale of leveraging social network resources in job searching is related to the scale of social capital and human capital of the graduates.

- Leveraging social connections in the job search process influences the time spent searching and the characteristics of the jobs that graduates achieve. This includes: reduced search time, lower income levels, increased job-to-training matchability, a focus on the public sector, and greater job stability.

11. Practical applications:

- This thesis will offer recommendations to government agencies, student social organizations, universities, and individuals to build and promote the positive impact of social capital in the job search of graduates.

- Graduates were aware of the role of social network with their career opportunities. On the basis of inheriting the family relationship, graduates have built up a network of relationships outside the family with friends, teachers and members joining the society. Social network of graduates allows them to exploit the resources in the job search process: information resources, financial resources, social relations ...

- Besides the formal channel, many graduates find their jobs through resources and support from the members of the network of social relations, especially the relationships within the family. Scale exploitation of resources from social networks in search of work related to the scale of social capital and the elements of the human capital of the graduates.

- Applying social relationships in job search that affects the search time and the characteristics of work that graduated achieve. That's downtrend search time, reducing income levels, increasing the fit between work with trained professionals, focused on the work of state sector and stable employment levels higher.

11. Practical applicability:

- The doctoral thesis will propose recommendations to the government agencies, social organizations of students, universities and individuals to create and promote the positive sense of social capital in the general labor market and job search of students in particular.
