After conducting research on the topic "The Vietnam Labor Party's leadership in mobilizing the third force from 1969 to 1975," the doctoral candidate has resolved the following main issues:

1. Clarify the historical conditions and circumstances that influenced the process of formulating the Vietnamese Labor Party's policy on mobilizing the third force. Systematize and analyze the Party's policies and viewpoints on mobilizing the third force during the period 1969-1975; the Party's understanding of the third force, its role, and the methods of mobilizing this force to participate in the common struggle of the nation.

2. Objectively reconstruct the process by which the Vietnam Labor Party directed the mobilization and engagement of the third force during the period 1969-1975; the struggles and exemplary figures of the third force in the major cities of the South; the achievements of the implementation of this direction, and the contributions of the third force to the resistance war against the US and for national salvation during the period 1969-1975.

3. Clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Party in leading and directing the mobilization of the third force during the period 1969-1975.

The Party's leadership and guidance in mobilizing and enlisting the participation of the third force in the struggle against the US and for national liberation demonstrated many advantages, such as: recognizing the "common voice" in the third force's struggle with the resistance led by the Party, namely the goals of peace, democracy, neutrality, and national reunification. This was the most important basis for the Party to mobilize and enlist the voice of the third force, adding strength to the national resistance; devising diverse forms of mobilization and methods to maximize the influence of the third force; and providing close, timely guidance and close coordination with the Party's organizational system in major cities throughout the South.

Besides its advantages, the Party's leadership and guidance in mobilizing and winning over the third force during the 1969-1975 period also revealed some limitations. In the early stages of the campaign, the Party's understanding of the third force and its role was not yet fully complete, leading to inappropriate mobilization methods; at times, the mobilization measures were slow to change and no longer suitable to the practical situation, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes; while the role of the third force was correctly assessed, its contributions to the struggle against the US and for national liberation were not adequately recognized.

4. Several important lessons were drawn, including: 1) Leadership and guidance policies must closely follow and be appropriate to the circumstances and new requirements of the practical situation, and must be timely; 2) Emphasis should be placed on training cadres directly involved in mobilization work; 3) A thorough understanding of the characteristics of the target groups for mobilization is essential to ensure both the Party's leadership and guidance, while maximizing the strength of all forces, creating a combined force in the struggle for the common revolutionary cause of the entire nation.
