- Theoretically, the thesis presents the concept of economic growth, the factors influencing economic growth; the concept of cultural development, the factors influencing cultural development; the concept of the relationship between economic growth and cultural development, the subjects responsible for addressing this relationship, and the factors influencing this relationship in Vietnam during the Doi Moi (Renovation) period.
- Regarding the current situation, the thesis analyzes the achievements and limitations in addressing the relationship between economic growth and cultural development, the causes of this situation, and some issues raised in resolving this relationship.
- Regarding solutions, the thesis presents two guiding principles and five solutions aimed at effectively addressing the relationship between economic growth and cultural development in Vietnam in the coming period.
