11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The dissertation introduced the concept of "Tao Le" and "Tao Le inscriptions," conducting a comprehensive and in-depth study of the entire number of rubbings of Vietnamese Tao Le inscriptions currently stored at the Institute of Han Nom Studies (abbreviated: VNCHN).

- Based on rubbings of stelae collected by the French School of Far Eastern Studies in Hanoi (EFEO) and the Vietnam National Institute of Archaeology in Hanoi, currently preserved at the Vietnam National Institute of Archaeology in Hanoi, this thesis has cataloged 90 units of Tạo Lệ stelae symbols with 185 rubbings, appearing in the 17th-19th centuries, mainly distributed in 12 provinces from Nghe An northward, with the highest concentration in the provinces of the Northern Delta. Tạo Lệ stelae were mainly erected in temples, shrines, palaces, communal houses, tombs, ancestral halls, etc.

- Through the study of Vietnamese Tạo Lệ inscriptions, this thesis contributes to clarifying the methods of state management of "key" historical sites during the medieval period, including: the issuance of documents, procedures, subjects eligible for Tạo Lệ grants, and the role of the bureaucracy in granting these grants. Furthermore, it examines the uniformity in the management and exploitation of these sites, the responsibilities of local authorities, and the regulations governing worship practices for the Tạo Lệ community. From this, the results of implementing the Tạo Lệ policy are drawn.

- The thesis has pointed out the influences of the Tạo Lệ granting system on several aspects of Vietnamese society in the 17th-19th centuries. These include economic benefits such as tax exemptions, items related to people's lives, privileges such as land ownership, dikes and irrigation systems, etc. It also reflects socio-cultural life, showing reverence for historical sites, the cohesion of individuals and groups within each community, information about the history of the sites, the deeds of meritorious individuals, the role of women in the Tạo Lệ granting system, etc. These are very significant documents contributing to the study of the socio-cultural life of the social strata in Vietnamese villages and communes during the medieval period. The study of Tạo Lệ inscriptions is of great scientific significance and practical value, especially in terms of methods for preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics in contemporary society.

12. Practical applications: The thesis can be adapted into a monograph for research purposes.

13. Further research directions: In-depth research on the content of stelae reflecting village life during the medieval period.
