1. Purpose and research objects of the thesis

- Research purpose:

The study clarifies the process of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee leading the building of Party organizations in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015, thereby drawing experiences that can be applied to the practice of building Party organizations in the coming time more effectively.

Research subjects:

Policy and direction of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee on the work of building Party cells in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015.

2. Research methods used

Based on the methodology of Marxism - Leninism, the thesis mainly uses historical methods combined with logical methods, analyzing and synthesizing the process of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee leading the building of grassroots Party organizations in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015.

In addition, the thesis also combines the use of other methods such as: practical survey, synthesis, statistics... to clarify the purpose and tasks of the research.

3. Main results and conclusions

3.1. Main results

One is,Contributing to systematizing major policies and directions of the Party, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee led the building of grassroots Party organizations in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015.

Second,Analyze the current status of building grassroots Party organizations in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015, pointing out advantages and limitations.

From there, summarize some experiences of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in leading the building of grassroots Party organizations in communes, wards and towns in 10 years (2005-2015).

Three isFrom the successes and limitations through 10 years of leadership in building grassroots party organizations of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, the thesis has drawn valuable experiences summarizing practices, suggesting issues that need to be continued to be applied in the process of building grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns in the coming time to be more effective.

Four is, The thesis contributes to enriching the history of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in the renovation process, especially in Party building work. The results of the thesis can be used as reference material for research and teaching the history of Dong Nai local Party Committee in particular, and summarizing the history of building grassroots Party organizations in general.

3.2. Conclusion:

Research topic:"Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee leads the building of grassroots organizations in communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015",The thesis draws some conclusions as follows:

1. The work of building the Party cell at commune, ward and town level is one of the important tasks in the process of Party building, especially in the renovation process. Dong Nai is an industrially developed province located in the Southern key economic zone, with the second largest population in the Southern region. Therefore, when entering the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization, industrial development has a positive impact on the process of building the Party cell at commune, ward and town level, but at the same time it is also affected by the conflicting challenges of the market mechanism of a locality in a period of strong transformation in many aspects.

2. Recognizing the importance of Party building, especially in the face of the requirement to promote comprehensive innovation, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has thoroughly grasped and creatively applied the Party Central Committee's policy on Party building to local practice through two congress terms from 2005-2015 (term VIII and term IX).

3. The Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has directed the implementation of building Party cell organizations in communes, wards and towns of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in the main areas: ideology; politics; party cell organization; party member development; inspection and supervision work through two congress terms of the Provincial Party Committee (from 2005-2015). From the practice of planning policies and directing the implementation of Party cell building work of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, the thesis objectively assesses the successes, limitations and causes of the above successes and limitations.

4. The main experiences are drawn from the successes and limitations of the leadership process of building Party organizations in communes, wards and towns of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee from 2005 to 2015, which are valuable in summarizing practices and suggesting solutions to continue building Party organizations in the future more effectively.

Secondly,analyzing the current status of establishment of Party organizations at communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015, and showing advantages and limitations.

Then, drawing some experiences of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization in leading the establishment of Party organizations at communes, wards and towns in 10 years (2005-2015).

Third,From the successes and limitations of the 10-year leadership in building the groundswells Party organization of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization, the thesis draws experiences with practical summation and suggests issues that need to be continuously applied to the process of building groundswells Party organizations at communes, wards and towns in the coming time as more effectively.

 Fourthly, the thesis contributes to enriching the history of Dong Nai Party Organization in the renovation process, especially in the Party construction work. The results of the thesis can be used as a reference for the research and teaching of the history of Dong Nai Party Organization in particular, summarizing the history of building grassroots Party organizations in general.

3.2.Conclusion:

Researching the topic:"Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization leads the construction of groundswells Party organizations at communes, wards and towns from 2005 to 2015", the thesis draws some conclusions as follows:

1. The construction of groundswells Party organizations at communes, wards and towns is one of the important tasks of the Party building process, especially in the renovation period. Dong Nai is a developed industrial province located in the southern key economic zone, with the second largest population in the southern region. Therefore, when entering the period of hurried industrialization and modernization, the industrial development has a positive impact on the process of building the grassroots Party organization at communes, wards and towns, but at the same time it is also influenced by opposing challenges of the market mechanism. So Dong Nai is in a strong transition period in many ways.

2. Recognizing the importance of building the grassroots Party organization, especially in response to the need of promoting comprehensive reform, Dong Nai Party Organization has thoroughly grasped and applied the Party Central Committee's policy on building the grassroots Party organizations into local practice through two congressional terms from 2005 to 2015 (term VIII and term IX).
