From that, we can draw some conclusions about the experiences of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in leading the development of grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels over the past 10 years (2005-2015).
Third isBased on the successes and limitations observed during 10 years of leadership in building grassroots Party organizations in Dong Nai province, this thesis has drawn valuable lessons, summarizing practical experiences and suggesting issues that need to be further applied to the process of building grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels in the future for greater effectiveness.
Fourth isThis dissertation contributes to enriching the history of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in the process of reform, especially regarding Party building work. The results of the dissertation can be used as reference material for research and teaching of the history of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in particular, and summarizing the history of Party building work at the grassroots level in general.

1. The task of building grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels is one of the important tasks in the Party building process, especially in the context of reform. Dong Nai is a developed industrial province located in the Southern key economic region, with the second largest population in the South. Therefore, when entering the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization, industrial development has a positive impact on the process of building grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels, but at the same time, it is also affected by the opposing challenges of the market mechanism in a locality undergoing strong transformation in many aspects.
2. Recognizing the importance of building grassroots Party organizations, especially in light of the need to accelerate comprehensive reforms, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has thoroughly understood and creatively applied the Central Party Committee's guidelines on building grassroots Party organizations to local practice through two Party congress terms from 2005-2015 (the 8th and 9th terms).
3. The Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has directed the implementation of building grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels in key areas: ideology; politics; Party organization; Party membership development; and inspection and supervision work over two terms of the Provincial Party Congress (from 2005-2015). Based on the practical experience of formulating policies and directing the implementation of grassroots Party organization building in Dong Nai Province, this thesis objectively assesses the successes, limitations, and causes of these successes and limitations.
4. The main lessons learned from the successes and limitations of the leadership process in building grassroots Party organizations at the commune, ward, and town levels in Dong Nai province from 2005 to 2015 are valuable for summarizing practical experiences and suggesting solutions for building grassroots Party organizations more effectively in the future.

ThirdFrom the successes and limitations of the 10-year leadership in building the groundswells Party organization of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization, the thesis draws experiences with practical summation and suggests issues that need to be continuously applied to the process of building groundswells Party organizations at communes, wards and towns in the coming time as more effectively.
Fourthly, the thesis contributes to enriching the history of Dong Nai Party Organization in the renovation process, especially in the Party construction work. 1. The construction of groundswells Party organizations at communes, wards and towns is one of the important tasks of the Party building process, especially in the renovation period. Dong Nai is a developed industrial province located in the southern key economic zone, with the second largest population in the southern region.
