11. Summary of new results of the thesis:Through studying the impact of democratic practice in the Communist Party of Vietnam, the thesis has contributed to developing a new research direction on democratic practice in the Party from the perspective of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, specifically:

- The thesis initially clarifies the concept of Ho Chi Minh's thought on practicing democracy in the Communist Party of Vietnam; systematizes and explains Ho Chi Minh's thought on the role, content, conditions and methods of practicing democracy in the Communist Party of Vietnam. In particular, it aims to analyze the theoretical depth through his works and evaluate practical activities with his example through practicing democracy in the Party.

- Analyze and evaluate the current state of democratic practice in the Party from 2011 to present to clarify the issues raised with democratic practice in Party building today. And on the basis of referring to Ho Chi Minh's thought on democratic practice in the Party, the thesis proposes four groups of orientations to promote democratic practice with Party building according to Ho Chi Minh's thought today.
