In terms of theory, the thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign research to propose related concepts and theories on technological capacity and policies for developing technological capacity in industrial enterprises; proposed criteria for measuring technological capacity and a policy analysis framework based on the technological capacity of enterprises in Vietnam.

In terms of practice, the Thesis has analyzed and evaluated the current status of technological capacity and policies for developing technological capacity of industrial enterprises in Vietnam. On that basis, the Thesis proposes solutions to improve policies for developing technological capacity in industry in Vietnam in the coming time.

12. Practical application:

This study provides managers and policy makers of science and technology with analysis and assessment of the current status of technological capacity and policies for developing technological capacity in recent times. At the same time, this study has supplemented and clarified scientific arguments to contribute to research on policies for developing technological capacity in Vietnam's industry.

13. Further research directions:

This study can be the first step to open more research on the system of indicators to measure technological capacity; research to analyze the impact of science and technology policies on the development of technological capacity in Vietnamese enterprises;...
