10. Summary of new results of the thesis:

Based on the theoretical foundations of the topic, the thesis supplements the theory of immigration by introducing new concepts of immigrants, short-term immigration, long-term immigration, and non-immigrants.

Compared to domestic studies, this thesis is the first to explore the process of migrant workers settling into their new homes.

Based on an understanding of the employment situation and job changes among immigrants, the thesis has shown that the state-run job market is unsuitable for immigrants.

Unlike many studies on the impact of social capital, this study indicates that social capital is only a relatively minor factor, acting as a "lubricant" in the job change process for immigrants in Da Lat.

Based on an understanding of the difficulties faced by migrant workers, this thesis proposes solutions that prioritize helping migrants secure stable employment in their new homes.

11. Practical applications:

1. The government and people of Da Lat in particular, and the governments and localities with immigrant populations in general, can refer to this to supplement and improve their local policies.

2. To serve as reference and teaching material on population, sociology of migration, and immigration at universities and other educational institutions.

Based on the study's rationale topic, the thesis has added some immigrant arguments by giving the new concept of migrants, migrant short term, long term immigrants and non-immigrant population .

Compared with the research in the country, the thesis is the first to learn thesis migrant workers settled in a new place.

Based on the study on the employment's situation and the changing employment of immigrants, the thesis shows the state the market is not suitable for immigrants.

Unlike many studies on the impact of social capital, this study indicates that social capital factors affect a little, identifiable "Lubrication" on the process of changing the employment of immigrants in Dalat.

On the basis of understanding the difficulties of migrant workers, the thesis proposed priority measures for immigrants to stabilize employment in the new location.
