The thesis not only contributes to systematizing and updating a number of theoretical issues related to active participation in social activities but also designs a theoretical framework and a set of tools to measure active participation in social activities of workers.

Overall positivity was only at an average level. (Overall mean = 3.06, SD = 0.46). Of which, persistent action and awareness were at the highest level compared to the other two components.

- The research results from 02 typical cases also show a deeper insight into the expression of high and low active workers. Besides, it also points out some factors that have the most influence on active participation in social activities.

- The experimental results show that it is possible to increase the active participation in social activities for employees through organizing training to propagate the values ​​of the significance of participating in social activities.

The research results also show that active participation in social activities is influenced by all surveyed factors; in which, working conditions, business policies, and responsibility have the strongest influence on active participation in social activities.
