- Contribute to perfecting the theoretical system of archival science in general and of building a list of sources and components of documents submitted to the agency's archives in particular.

- The thesis has affirmed the importance of building a list of sources and document components for the archives of agencies in general and of the National Assembly in particular.

- The thesis focused on clarifying the scientific basis for building a list of sources and a list of components of documents of the National Assembly submitted to the agency archives; researching and proposing the process and method for building and proposing a list of agencies, units and individuals that are sources for submission to the agency archives of the National Assembly and a list of components of documents of the National Assembly submitted to the agency archives.

- The thesis proposes content to improve the legal system of archiving in general and the work of submitting documents to the agency archives in particular.

The research results of the thesis are important reference documents for developing regulations and guidelines on the sources of submission and components of documents of the National Assembly submitted to the archives of the Office of the National Assembly; orienting the research and completion of the system of documents as well as implementing the archival operations of the National Assembly, such as developing and completing the table of preservation periods of the National Assembly Archives, developing an information classification framework, digitizing documents of the National Assembly Archives, etc.; contributing to improving the quality of archival work and the operational efficiency of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the agencies of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Office of the National Assembly; serving as a basis for developing documents guiding the collection of documents into the National Archives Center, contributing to avoiding document loss and promoting the value of documents of the National Assembly Archives as well as the National Archives of Vietnam. - The thesis has focused on clarifying the scientific basis to establish the transfer list of archival sources and materials deposited to the agency archives; Studying and eliciting procedures and methods for making establishing the transfer list of archival sources and materials deposited to the agency archives; Proposing the list of agencies, units and individuals as sources to be deposited into the National Assembly's archives and the National Assembly's list of documents to be archived into the archives.
