Practical applicability: The thesis has drawn valuable experiences to summarize the practice, suggesting issues that need to be further applied to the process of building grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns in the coming time to be more effective. The research results of the thesis can contribute more reference materials to serve the teaching, learning and research of the history of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in general, and the Party building work of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in particular in the renovation process.
