This dissertation contributes to systematizing and clarifying some theoretical contents regarding young human resources, young human resource development, importance, and basic factors affecting young human resource development in Ha Tinh province today.
The thesis analyzed and evaluated the current state of young human resource development in Ha Tinh province: achievements, limitations, causes of achievements and limitations, and some issues raised in the development of young human resources in Ha Tinh province in recent years;Based on that, several key solutions are proposed to develop young human resources in Ha Tinh province in the coming period.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis can serve as a reference for researchers, educators, and anyone interested in the issue of developing young human resources in Vietnam in general, and in Ha Tinh province in particular.
The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference for leaders in developing policies to foster young human resources in Ha Tinh province today. Furthermore, it provides information for training organizations in Ha Tinh province to advise on designing training programs and supporting the development of young human resources to meet the socio-economic development needs of the locality in the new era.
