The thesis contributes to systematizing and clarifying some theoretical contents on young human resources, developing young human resources, the importance and basic factors affecting the development of young human resources in Ha Tinh province today.

The thesis analyzed and evaluated the current status of young human resource development in Ha Tinh province: achievements, limitations, causes of achievements, limitations, and some issues arising in the development of young human resources in Ha Tinh province in recent times;From there, propose some key solutions to develop young human resources in Ha Tinh province in the coming time.

11. Practical application:

The thesis can be used as a reference for researchers, teachers and those interested in the issue of developing young human resources in Vietnam in general and in Ha Tinh province in particular.

The research results of the thesis can be a suggestion for leaders to refer to in building policies to develop young human resources in Ha Tinh province today.
