10. Summary of new results of the thesis:

- The thesis presents the system of policies of the Vietnam Labor Party on mobilizing women in the North during the period 1965-1975.

- Based on the use of basic research methods of Party History Science, combined with the use of a number of interdisciplinary methods and approaches, the thesis for the first time attempts to perceive and explore the women's movement in Northern Vietnam in the period 1965 - 1965 as a mass movement from different aspects and angles.

- On that basis, the thesis has comprehensively evaluated and pointed out the achievements and limitations of the women's movement in Northern Vietnam during the period from 1965 - 1975 under the leadership, direction and organization of the Vietnam Workers' Party.

- The thesis has drawn lessons, contributing to the Party's women's movement in the current period of promoting industrialization and modernization.

11. Practical application

- The thesis contributes to providing scientific arguments that can be used in the Party's current propaganda work.

- The research results of the thesis contribute to providing additional documents serving the teaching, learning and research of Party history in training programs during the renovation period.

12. Future research directions: After completing the doctoral training program, I plan to continue to conduct more in-depth research on the Party's mass mobilization work.

- The thesis provides a thorough and systematic analysis of the guidance, strategy and tactics of the Labor Party of Vietnam (LPV) on the mobilization of women in the North of Vietnam during the period 1965 - 1975.

- Having used basic research methods of historical studies as well as applied in cross-cutting methods and approaches, the author of the thesis tries to view and investigate the wome mobilization in the North of Vietnam from 1965 to 1975 as a mass mobilization of the LPV, and then tries to interpret it from from different perspectives.

- Furthermore, the author of the thesis also tries to evaluate comprehensively the women mobilization of the Party during that time, and point out its main contributions, successes as well as its weaknesses and concerns.

- The thesis has drawn out some crucial experiences that can be applied in the mobilization of Vietnamese women in the recent period of industrialization and modernization.

11. Practical applicability:

- The thesis provides scientific basis for the women mobilization of the Party today.

- After completing, the thesis might be used as references for research, teaching, and studying about the history of Vietnamese Communist Party of different training programs in Doi Moi period.

12. Further research directions: in the future, I hope to conduct further studies on the mass mobilization and organization of the Party.
