Summary of Thesis Results: Based on inheriting the research results of previous authors: In Chapter 1: The thesis only addresses general theoretical issues about intelligence and intellectual resources. As we know, to understand intellectual resources, we first need to define the concept of "intelligence" – the core concept used as the basis for understanding "intellectual resources". Here, first, the author presents the concept of intelligence in the history of Western and Eastern thought. Then, presents some approaches and viewpoints on the concept of "intelligence". On that basis, the author explains the nature, structure, and main characteristics of intellectual resources. Not stopping there, from various approaches to intellectual resources, the author presents his perspective on "intellectual resources in higher education," explaining the necessity and role of intellectual resources in higher education. In Chapter 2: From the current situation and issues of intellectual resources in higher education in Vietnam today, the author has highlighted some achievements as well as limitations in this field. Based on that, he proceeds to promote the role of intellectual resources in Vietnamese higher education today. Finally, from the issues at hand, the author proposes some key solutions to promote the role of intellectual resources in higher education in our country today. 11. Practical application: Contributing to recommendations for policymakers, we first need to correctly understand the nature and characteristics of intellectual resources in Vietnamese higher education today. At the same time, we must also implement the fundamental, foundational, and strategically significant solutions mentioned above.
