Based on practical experience, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the successes and shortcomings in the process of collaborative production between Ho Chi Minh City Television Station and private media companies. The current state of program production socialization is analyzed in the overall, multi-dimensional relationship of many factors directly impacting program effectiveness. These include subjective and objective factors such as the purpose of socialization, production capacity, management capacity, forecasting capacity, and other important influencing factors from the advertising market, consumer trends, etc. Key issues of current concern that require comprehensive and thorough resolution are the relationship between responsibilities and benefits in collaborative production between television stations and private media companies; and the relationship between revenue growth and the functions and tasks of television stations. Based on practical experience, the thesis analyzes, estimates the effects as well as the defects in the cooperation process of televison programs production between Ho Chi Minh Television with private communications companies. The whole practical picture of television socialization is analyzed in the general and multilateral relations of many factors which directly affect the effectiveness of the programs. They are the subjective and objective factors, such as socialization purpose, production ability, management ability, prediction ability and other factors related to the advertisement market, viewer trends and so on.
