In the process of constructing social theory, analyzing, generalizing, and evaluating objective reality is a crucial step, contributing to summarizing contemporary practice and laying the foundation for the development of analytical theory later on. Ensuring the unity between theory and practice in the construction of social theory will guarantee the correctness of the theory, the timeliness of the doctrine, and allow for accurate predictions of future trends. These are the fundamental requirements of the principle of unity between theory and practice in the process of building social theory. Throughout the development of socialist theory, Marx and Engels consistently upheld the principle of combining theoretical construction with close adherence to contemporary social practice. Their emphasis on this principle in the development of their theories formed the basis for successfully building a model of future socialism – one that overcomes all the limitations of capitalist society, paving the way for the comprehensive development of human beings, both physically and mentally. We have always emphasized the principle of unity between theory and practice in our activities of protecting and building the country. It can be said that adhering to this principle has contributed to transforming our country from a backward agricultural nation into a fundamentally industrialized and modernized one, completing the comprehensive national reform. The unity between theory and practice is clearly demonstrated in each policy and guideline of the Party and State, meeting the demands of the times and the needs of national development as well as the requirements of international integration. This further promotes the theoretical work of the Party and State to study the changes of the times and determine the future needs of society in order to gradually reform policies and administrative procedures to better suit practical needs. This has brought initial success to our country on the path to socialism. Although in the process of building the country we have not been able to avoid limitations and difficulties, these are only relative setbacks. It is from these difficulties that we have quickly overcome and moved forward to build a stronger and more prosperous nation. 11. The agreement between theory and practice is evident through each policy and the policies of the Party and the State, meeting requirements of national development in compliance with requirements of international integration in fact. That makes promote theoretical work of the party and the state to gradually reform the policies and administrative procedures for more suitable to actual needs. It was a successful first step for our country on the way to socialism. Although in the process of building our country, we couldn't avoid limitations and difficulties, it is only a temporary setback.
