10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis provides an overview of domestic and international studies on the attractiveness of tourism products in Van Phuc Silk Village, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City to tourists. Based on this, the author systematizes the theoretical and practical issues concerning the attraction of tourism products to tourists. Using observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and data processing tools such as SPSS and Excel, the thesis demonstrates that the factors influencing the attractiveness of tourism products in Van Phuc Silk Village are positively impacted by five elements: natural resources; socio-cultural resources (traditional silk products, local community, etc.); historical and traditional elements; infrastructure, cuisine, and accommodation; and entertainment and shopping tourism services. Of these factors, socio-cultural resources have the strongest impact and contribution to the attractiveness of tourism products in the craft village. Natural resources for craft village tourism have the weakest impact compared to other factors. The thesis also proposes solutions and recommendations to enhance the attractiveness of Van Phuc Silk Village in Ha Dong, contributing positively to the future development of Van Phuc Silk Village tourism products, such as: raising awareness and strengthening the capacity of production households and shops to develop diverse silk products of Van Phuc brand quality; the management board needs to support additional public service points such as parking, training to improve civilized tourism behavior, professional local tour guides, eliminating price gouging and harassment of tourists, promoting price listing, clearly distinguishing other non-Van Phuc branded goods sold in the market for economic purposes; supporting businesses with capital, policy mechanisms, and technical infrastructure serving craft village tourism; and connecting stakeholders in tourism development. Strengthening links with travel businesses, enhancing tourism promotion, and increasing the number of professional handicraft village tours.
11. Practical applications: Some of the content may be useful for the People's Committee of Van Phuc Ward, Ha Dong District, in guiding the development of craft village tourism.

The thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign works on the attraction of tourists to tourism products in Van Phuc Silk Village, Ha Dong, Hanoi. On that basis, the author has systematized theoretical and practical issues about tourist attraction for tourism products. By methods of observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires... and using data processing tools: SPSS, Excel... the thesis has shown that the factors affecting the attraction of tourists to tourism products Van Phuc Silk Village is positively affected by 5 factors: Natural resources; Socio-cultural resources (traditional silk products, local communities...); Traditional historical elements; Infrastructure, cuisine, accommodation; Shopping, entertainment and tourism services. With these factors, Socio-cultural resources are the most influential, influential and contributing factors to the attraction of tourists to craft village tourism products. Natural resources of craft village tourism is the factor that has the weakest impact compared to the other factors. The thesis also proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the attraction of tourists to Van Phuc Silk Village, Ha Dong, contributing positively to the development of tourism products Van Phuc Silk Village.
