- The thesis analyzes the factors affecting the process of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee leading the movement of the whole people to protect the national security in the period 2005-2015.
- The thesis clarifies the policy of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on the movement of the entire people to protect the security of the Fatherland in the period of 2005-2015. The thesis analyzes the process of directing the work of building the movement of the entire people to protect the security of the Fatherland in this period in terms of force building, mass mobilization work, coordination of activities in building the Movement, building models, replicating advanced examples, inspection, supervision, preliminary and final review of the Movement.
- The thesis evaluates the advantages, limitations and causes of the limitations in the process of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee leading the movement of the entire people to protect the national security in the period of 2005-2015.
