Vietnam is one of the countries with the highest rates of school violence in the world, but in many places there is still confusion in preventing, stopping and dealing with this phenomenon, or there are incorrect handling directions. Studies and reports so far have often focused on subjects with bullying and school violence behaviors, without paying much attention to victims of bullying or violence. The psychological problems of victims of school violence seem to have not been fully addressed and have not been intervened in a timely manner to help them. Because the consequences of school violence for minors can be obstacles in learning, fear of going to school, dropping out of school, difficulties in communication, difficulties in establishing relationships, ... even more serious psychological problems such as anxiety disorders or depression.
In research, in addition to focusing onPresent the theoretical basis for psychological problems of adolescents whenAs a victim of school violence leading to depressive disorder, the author presented the process ofcome true including assessment, psychological analysis andintervention for a classic imageby cognitive behavioral therapy. Results from a case study of a typical adolescent suffering from school violence leading to depression have provided further evidence of the serious effects of school violence on the psychology and lives of students.
At the same time, the techniques in assessment and psychological therapy that the author has implemented have had some positive effects. Therefore, this therapy process can be used for reference or applied in supporting cases of students who are victims of bullying or school violence.
