Summary of thesis results: Based on the systematization of some theoretical issues related to the concepts of message communication and reading culture, the thesis analyzed the content and form of reading culture messages on online newspapers. Simultaneously, it pointed out the advantages, characteristics, and role of online newspapers in conveying reading culture messages, thereby offering some recommendations and proposed solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of reading culture message communication on online newspapers.

Practical Applications: This thesis is significant for two groups of sectors: firstly, press and media management agencies, press and media agencies in general, and online news agencies in particular, in guiding and implementing effective communication of reading culture messages to the community. Secondly, it is relevant for publishing and distribution agencies to effectively deliver reading culture publications to readers.
