First,This dissertation synthesizes and systematizes the theory of the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the innovation of the content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi today.
Secondly,This thesis analyzes and clarifies the current state of innovation in the content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi City, identifying the achievements, limitations, and causes of the current situation, and drawing out issues that need to be addressed.
Third,This thesis develops a system of innovative solutions for the content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi, adapting to the specific characteristics of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi today.
