One is,The thesis synthesizes and systematizes the theory on the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and innovates the content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi city today.
Second,The thesis analyzes and clarifies the current status of innovation in content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi city, points out the achieved results, limitations and causes of the current situation, and draws out issues that need to be solved.
Third,The thesis builds a system of solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi city to adapt to the current characteristics of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi city.
