Chapter 1 aims to the targets of systemizing theoretical basis for developing office culture rules, clarifying basic concepts such as culture, office, office culture, and rules. Besides, chapter 1 also clarifies the contents including typical characteristics of office culture, and factors impacting office culture. In the part of legal basis for developing office culture rules, the author clarifies the concept of office culture rules, the system of regulations on office culture, and the necessity of developing office culture rules for agencies, organizations.
Chapter 2: The current situation of office culture at the General Staff Office. In accordance with the theoretical and legal basis for developing office culture rules in chapter 1, the author, in chapter 2, provides general introduction to the General Staff Office, its history of establishment and development, its functions and tasks, perception of officers, employees, soldiers in the Office regarding functions and tasks of the office, responsibilities and tasks of themselves, and public service ethics.In the next part, the author deeply analyzes issues such as perception culture of officers, employees, soldiers, management culture, communication and behavior culture, costume and style of servicemen, working environment of the office.
