11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Firstly, the thesis has systematically compiled a fairly rich collection of research materials directly related to the process of leading human resource development in Dong Nai province.
Secondly, the study provides a relatively complete description and reconstruction of the leadership of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in human resource development over two periods: 1996-2005 and 2006-2015. In particular, it highlights the significant progress made during the 2006-2015 period compared to the 1996-2005 period.
Thirdly, the thesis assessed three advantages and three limitations, and explained the causes in a manner consistent with the local reality. From this, the thesis also drew three valuable lessons for reference in the leadership of human resource development in Dong Nai province from 1996 to 2015.
12. Practical applicability
- This dissertation provides readers with a relatively complete and systematic body of reference materials on the process by which the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee led the development of human resources from 1996 to 2015.
- The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference for Party committees at all levels in Dong Nai province in the process of leading human resource development. At the same time, it contributes additional materials for teaching, learning, and researching the history of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.

Secondly, the thesis has described and restored the leadership of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee on human resource development through the two periods 1996-2005 and 2006-2015 relatively fully. In particular, the period of 2006-2015 is more developed than that of 1996-2005.
Thirdly, the thesis has evaluated 3 advantages, 3 limitations and explained the reasons associated with local practice. Since then, the thesis has also drawn 3 valuable lessons for reference in the leadership of human resource development of the Party Committee of Dong Nai province from 1996 to 2015.
