One isThe thesis systematizes the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's working style, explains the characteristics of his working style through practical activities, through his speeches and writings in the process of directing and leading the Vietnamese revolution.
Two isThe thesis analyzes and evaluates the current working style of medical practitioners at state-owned hospitals from 2016 (the Politburo issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to present.
Three isThe thesis points out the issues raised in building the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam today.
Four isBased on the analysis of the current situation and issues arising in the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam, the thesis proposes some basic solutions to build the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's style.

- Firstly, the thesis has systemized the typicals of Ho Chi Minh's working style, and has explained the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's working style through his writings, speeches and activities during the leadership of the Vietnamese revolution.
- Secondly, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the situation ofmedical practitionersfrom 2016 (The Political Ministry issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to the present.
- Thirdly, the thesis sets out the issues raised for building the working style ofmedical practitionersin Vietnam today.
