11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
First,This dissertation systematizes the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's working style, analyzing these characteristics through his practical activities, speeches, and writings in the process of directing and leading the Vietnamese revolution.
SecondThis dissertation analyzes and evaluates the current state of the working style of medical practitioners in state-owned hospitals from 2016 (when the Politburo issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to the present.
Third isThe thesis clearly identifies the challenges facing the development of work styles for medical practitioners in Vietnam today.
Fourth isBased on an analysis of the current situation and the challenges facing the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam, this dissertation proposes several fundamental solutions to build a working style for medical practitioners in Vietnam today in the spirit of Ho Chi Minh.

- Firstly, the thesis has systemized the typicals of Ho Chi Minh's working style, and has explained the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's working style through his writings, speeches and activities during the leadership of the Vietnamese revolution.
- Secondly, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the situation ofmedical operationsfrom 2016 (The Political Ministry issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to the present.
- Thirdly, the thesis set out the issues raised for building the working style ofmedical operationsin Vietnam today.
