Continue research and refinement towards a centralized, member-based coordination model with modern, intelligent features – increasing automation and data synchronization principles to inherit results and optimize processes from operation to output products and services of the system, aiming for optimization for all members participating in the system: Management team, operational management team, and information users.

Researching further and perfecting the model of a coordination center - a member with smart modern utilities - increasing automation and data synchronization principles to inherit results and optimize processes from the operation to the output information products and services of the system towards to optimization oriented for all members of the system: the management group, the operational management group, and the end-users.
