10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the content of Ca Mau's press regarding the issue of building new rural areas (surveying Ca Mau Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station from June 2018 to June 2019). The survey included over 400 news items, more than 200 articles and reports in print and online newspapers, and over 50 radio programs and television reports, as well as surveys of opinions from journalism experts on building new rural areas. Through various survey methods, data analysis, interviews, etc., the thesis presents the current situation and results of propaganda work on building new rural areas in Ca Mau province.
Regarding the results achieved: Coordination in propaganda between press agencies and relevant agencies; Ca Mau press agencies have opened special pages and sections to promote the new rural development program; frequency of propaganda; content and form of propaganda; interaction between press agencies and functional agencies, readers, listeners, and viewers; and the effectiveness of propaganda work in impacting the results of new rural development.
Regarding limitations: The content and format of propaganda about the new rural development program are slow to innovate; specialized pages and sections for promoting the new rural development program are not diverse enough; in-depth analytical articles and interviews with experts and relevant agencies are limited; the quality of photos is not high enough to meet readers' information needs; reporters and editors still have limited skills in promoting the new rural development program; coordination between relevant agencies and the press in disseminating information about the new rural development program is not frequent, and there is no evaluation to learn from experience; the distribution of print newspapers is slow, affecting the timeliness of information.
Accordingly, the thesis has proposed solutions to improve the quality of propaganda on building new rural areas in Ca Mau province in the coming time.
11. Practical Application: Based on the research results on the current state of propaganda regarding the construction of new rural areas and solutions to improve the quality of propaganda on this topic, the thesis can be effectively applied in propaganda work on the construction of new rural areas and other fields in the future. Through this, the thesis provides a scientific and practical basis for press agencies and functional agencies of the province to effectively carry out propaganda work in the future.
12. Future research directions: This thesis can serve as a reference for future research in the field of propaganda regarding the construction of new rural areas. The recommendations and solutions presented in this thesis can help journalists access, analyze, and process information more effectively during their work.

10. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis researches the content of Ca Mau Press on the issue of new rural development (survey at Ca Mau Newspaper, Ca Mau Radio and Television Station from June 2018 to June 2019). Through the survey, there are more than 400 news, more than 200 articles, reports on printed newspapers, electronic newspapers and more than 50 radio and television programs and survey opinions of journalism experts on new rural development. Through the forms of survey, analysis of actual data, interviews, ... the thesis provides the status and results of propaganda on new rural development in Ca Mau province.
Regarding results achieved: The work of propaganda and coordination between press bodies and relevant bodies; the Ca Mau Press opened a special page and column on propaganda of new rural development; propaganda frequency; content and form of propaganda; interaction between press bodies and competent authorities, readers, listeners, audience; effectiveness of propaganda on the results of new rural development.
Limitations: Content and forms of propaganda on new rural development are slowly being reformed; Special pages and columns of propaganda on new rural development are not abundant; in-depth analysis articles, interviews with experts, and competent authorities are still limited; the image quality is not high, does not meet the readers' information inquiries; reporters and editors still have limited skills in propaganda of new rural development; the coordination between the authorities and the press in propaganda of new rural development has not been regular, fails to evaluate to learn from experience; the publishing of printed newspapers is still slow, affecting the topicality of information
evolved, the thesis has proposed solutions to improve the quality of propaganda on new rural development in Ca Mau province in the coming time.
11. The applicability in practice: From the research results of propaganda on new rural development and solutions to improve the quality of propaganda on new rural construction, the thesis can be effectively applied in propaganda on new rural development and other fields in the coming time. Thereby, the thesis serves as a scientific and practical basis for the press bodies and functional bodies of the province to effectively implement the propaganda in the coming time.
12. Further research directions: The thesis can be used as a reference for future researches in the field of propaganda on new rural development. From the recommendations and solutions in the thesis, they can help journalists, when contacting sources, analyze and process information more effectively in the process of operations.
