On the basis of promoting the achieved results, overcoming the limitations and shortcomings in new rural construction in the past time, aiming at the goal of 26/26 communes meeting new rural standards, the district strives to meet new rural standards by 2021, requiring Phu Xuyen district to implement synchronous solutions, including the requirement to further promote the role of the entire political system in Phu Xuyen district in new rural construction. The thesis has contributed to assessing the current status of new rural construction in Phu Xuyen district from 2010 to present; proposing solutions to enhance the role of the political system in new rural construction in the area in the coming time.
