Practical Applications: The research results provide a basis for those working at provincial-level press agencies in various localities to correctly understand and assess their position, role, function, and responsibilities. Through this, press agencies can choose appropriate directions for innovation to maximize their strengths and better meet the needs of readers inside and outside the province in the new situation. At the same time, the research will also help those directly creating journalistic works on local tourism information, propaganda, and promotion to improve the quality of their articles and innovate their methods of communication in a more appropriate and effective way.
