10. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis introduced the concept of communication, communication models, the general concept of energy, energy conservation and efficiency, online newspapers and the advantages of online newspapers in communicating about energy conservation and efficiency; the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations on communicating about energy conservation and efficiency; the role of the press in general and online newspapers in particular in communicating about energy conservation and efficiency; the constituent elements of information on energy and energy conservation and efficiency in online newspapers; and introduced the online newspapers included in the survey: Lao Dong, Cong Thuong, and Binh Thuan.
Based on the theoretical issues introduced, we conducted a survey of the current state of communication on energy saving and efficiency in three surveyed newspapers: Lao Dong, Cong Thuong, and Binh Thuan, from June 2017 to June 2019. Through this, the author of the thesis assesses the successes and limitations of communication activities on energy saving and efficiency in these newspapers. Based on statistical analysis and evaluation, the author has initially proposed several solutions to strengthen and improve communication capacity on energy saving and efficiency in research newspapers in particular and online newspapers in general. These solutions include those for state management agencies in their press activities on online newspapers; and solutions from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the energy sector to enhance their role as the central point for providing information on energy saving and efficiency. Solutions for online newspapers in managing information resources regarding energy efficiency and conservation, and training journalists to be knowledgeable about energy efficiency and conservation, and proficient in journalistic skills, etc.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis can serve as a useful reference for state energy management agencies, press agencies, socio-political organizations, associations, and individuals interested in this issue. It can also be a useful reference for reporters, journalism students, journalism training institutions, and media organizations in the process of researching and implementing communication activities on energy saving and efficiency.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis has introduced the definition of communication, communication models, the general definition of energy, efficient and economical use of energy, electronic newspapers and their advantages in communicating about the energy efficiency issue; the Party's policy, government policies and regulations on communication about efficient and economical use of energy; roles of the press in general and the electronic newspapers in particular in communicating about the efficient and economical use of energy on electronic newspapers; elements that constitute information on energy, efficient and economical use of energy on electronic newspapers; introduce some electronic newspapers which have been surveyed: Labor, Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan.
Based on the theoretical issues introduced, we have conducted a survey on the current situation of communication about energy, efficient and economical use of energy in 03 newspapers: Labor, Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan from June 2017 to June 2019 from which the author evaluates the successes and limitations of communication activities on the energy efficiency issue in these newspapers. Through statistics, analysis and evaluation, the author at first proposed some solutions to strengthen and improve communication capacity on the issue of efficient and economical use of energy in electronic newspapers in general and research journals in particular, including solutions for state management agencies in charge of publishing activities on electronic newspapers; solutions for the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the energy sector to promote their role as the central point providing information about efficient and economical energy use; solutions for electronic newspapers in managing sources of information about efficient and economical use of energy and training a team of journalists knowledgeable about the issue of efficient and economical use of energy, journalism expertise...
12. Practical applicability, if any:
Findings of this thesis can be a useful reference for state management agencies in charge of energy, press agencies, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, and those interested in this issue, a useful reference for reporters, students of journalism and journalism training institutions, media agencies in their process of researching and implementing communication activities on the issue of energy efficiency.
