10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis introduced the concept of communication, communication models, general concepts of energy, economical and efficient use of energy, electronic newspapers and advantages of electronic newspapers in communicating about economical and efficient use of energy on electronic newspapers; the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in communicating about economical and efficient use of energy; the role of the press in general and electronic newspapers in particular in communicating about economical and efficient use of energy on electronic newspapers; elements constituting information about energy, economical and efficient use of energy on electronic newspapers; introducing electronic newspapers subject to the survey: Labor, Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan.
Based on the theoretical issues introduced, we conducted a survey on the current status of communication on energy saving and efficiency in 03 newspapers under the survey: Labor, Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan from June 2017 to June 2019, through which the author of the thesis assessed the successes and limitations of communication activities on energy saving and efficiency in these newspapers. Through statistics, analysis and evaluation, the author initially proposed a number of solutions to strengthen and improve the communication capacity on energy saving and efficiency in research newspapers in particular and electronic newspapers in general, including solutions for state management agencies in press information activities on electronic newspapers; solutions from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the energy sector to promote the role of a focal point for providing information on the issue of energy saving and efficiency; Solutions for electronic newspapers in managing information sources on the issue of efficient and economical use of energy and the issue of training a team of journalists who are knowledgeable about the issue of efficient and economical use of energy, proficient in journalism, etc.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis can become useful reference documents for state energy management agencies, press agencies, socio-political organizations, unions, and those interested in this issue. They are also useful reference documents for reporters, journalism students, journalism training institutions, and media agencies in the process of researching and implementing communication activities on energy saving and efficiency.

This thesis has introduced the definition of communication, communication models, the general definition of energy, efficient and economical use of energy, electronic newspapers and their advantages in communicating about the energy efficiency issue; the Party's policy, government policies and regulations on communication about efficient and economical use of energy; roles of the press in general and the electronic newspapers in particular in communicating about the efficient and economical use of energy on electronic newspapers; elements that constitute information on energy, efficient and economical use of energy on electronic newspapers; introduce some electronic newspapers which have been surveyed: Labor, Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan.
