10. Summary of thesis results:
In theory:
The thesis has introduced and systematized studies on the basic concepts, characteristics of anxiety disorders, young adults and anxiety disorders in young adults in both Vietnam and the world. There are many factors that affect the formation and development of anxiety disorders, typically: gender, age, personal living conditions, genetic factors and family environment, daily living habits, physical health and daily stress.
The study has systematized the explanations of anxiety disorders from the perspective of different schools, especially the therapeutic perspective of Client-centered therapy of the Humanistic school - a therapy that has been studied and proven to be effective for individuals with anxiety disorders, especially related to anxiety about social factors. In addition, the methods used in the study have also been systematized and clearly explained, serving the purpose of clinical case therapy.
In practice:
The student provided psychological support to a young adult with symptoms of anxiety disorder based on the spirit of Client-Centered Therapy combined with some cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. The results showed that the client responded well to the therapy, the manifestations of physical and mental disorders were reduced. The client felt more satisfied with his life.
11. Practical application:
From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research, the thesis has presented an overview of a clinical case related to anxiety disorders and the process of psychological support for clients with symptoms of anxiety disorders. The study has contributed to proving the effectiveness of psychological support methods in general and Client-centered therapy in particular for individuals with symptoms of anxiety disorders; thereby further affirming the suitability and feasibility of psychological support for psychogenic disorders in general and anxiety disorders in particular.

There are many factors affecting the formation and development of anxiety disorders, such as gender, age, personal living conditions, genetic factors and family environment, living habits, physical health, and daily stress.
The thesis has explained anxiety disorders from different perspectives, especially the therapeutic point of view of Person-centred therapy (Humanistic) - which has been studied and shown to be effective in people with anxiety disorders, especially those related to anxiety about social factors. In practical terms:
