The thesis has systematized the theoretical framework of the research problem. The thesis also presents the practical basis related to the research topic through analyzing the perspective of urban culture and urban lifestyle in Vietnam. Through the analysis, the thesis has built criteria for evaluating messages about the real estate sector in the press.
Analyzing the content of messages about the real estate sector in the press from 2018 to 2020 from a cultural perspective, the thesis pointed out the existing advantages and limitations, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality of messages about the real estate sector and increase the effectiveness of communication to the public.
11. Practical application
The research results are the basis for reporters and media staff at real estate businesses to perceive and evaluate the level and habits of public message reception. Thereby, knowing how to exploit cultural factors in the process of creating messages to bring about effective communication.
