The thesis has systematized the theoretical framework of the research problem. It also presents the practical basis related to the research topic through an analysis of perspectives on urban culture and urban lifestyles in Vietnam. Through these analyses, the thesis has developed criteria for evaluating real estate-related messaging in the press.
Analyzing the content of real estate-related messages in the press from 2018 to 2020 from a cultural perspective, this thesis identifies existing strengths and weaknesses, and proposes solutions to improve the quality of real estate-related messages and increase communication effectiveness to the public.
11. Practical applications
The research findings provide a basis for reporters and communications staff in real estate companies to understand and assess the level and habits of public reception of messages. This allows them to learn how to leverage cultural factors in message creation to achieve effective communication.

Analyzing the content of messages about the real estate sector in the newspaper from 2018 to 2020 from a cultural perspective, the thesis has pointed out the remaining advantages and limitations, thereby considering solutions to improve the quality of messages about the real estate sector, increasing the effectiveness of communication to the public.
