Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of office organization and operation.
In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author systematically clarified: the general theory on the organization and operation of offices in general, the office of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports in particular, and provided a general overview of some contents regarding "Office operations at the General Department of Physical Education and Sports'', the concept of an office, its position, significance, effectiveness, functions, tasks, content, and factors affecting the effectiveness of office operations.
Chapter 2. Current status of organization and operation of the Office at the General Department of Physical Education and Sports.
This chapter provides a general overview of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports, while focusing on analyzing the current state of its organizational structure, personnel, and operational activities. From this, the author highlights the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these weaknesses in the organization and operation of the Office. Based on this, we propose areas for improvement and reform in the organization and operation of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports Office.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the organization and operation of the Office at the General Department of Physical Education and Sports.
Based on an assessment of the current state of the results and limitations of the organizational structure, personnel, and activities of the Office of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports, the author has proposed directions and solutions to improve the organizational structure, personnel, and activities of the Office of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports. These directions and solutions build upon the strengths and address the shortcomings of the aforementioned issues, adapting them to the current situation of the Office of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports to meet present requirements.

Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for the organization and operation of the administrative office at the General Department of Sports and Physical Training:
In Chapter 1, the author has systematized and clarified general theories of the organization and operation of an administrative office in general as well as those at ministerial-level agencies in particular. Moreover, the chapter provides an overview of General Department of Sports and Physical Training, including its concepts, objectives, impacts, different development stages of General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the relationship of the organization and operation of an administrative office with e General Department of Sports and Physical Training, and requirements for the organization and operation of the Office of General Department of Sports and Physical Training. These contents are the foundation and methodology for the assessment of the organizational and operational status of General Department of Sports and Physical Training as well as to provide some recommendations to renovate its organization and operations.
Chapter 2. Organizational and operational status of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training:
In this chapter, the author provides an overview of General Department of Sports and Physical Training and focuses on analyzing the current situation of its organization and personnel and the implementation of the main activities of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training. Based on that, the research gives an insight into the advantages as well as limitations and causes of these limitations in the organization and operation of the Office. On that basis, we set out issues that need to be renovated and improved in the organization and operation of the Office of General Department of Sports and Physical Training's requirements.
Chapter 3. Orientations and solutions to improve the organization and operation of the Office of General Department of Sports and Physical Training requirements:
Based on the assessment of advantages and limitations of the organizational structure, personnel and operation of General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the author proposes directions and solutions to improve the organizational structure, personnel, and operation of the Office of General Department of Sports and Physical Training. These directions and solutions are to encourage the Office's advantages and overcome its problems and needs to be considered under the situation of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training.
