This study clarifies several theories regarding graphic information, online newspapers, and the forms of graphic information presentation in online newspapers. Specifically, the author delves into and emphasizes the role of graphic information and its presentation methods in the healthcare sector in Vietnamese online newspapers. The author surveys three online newspapers: Health & Life Online, Vietnamplus, and VNExpress. Through this, the author assesses the advantages and limitations in content, form, and impact of graphic information on the public, and recommends several solutions to improve the quality of graphic information in Vietnamese online newspapers in the healthcare sector. The aim is to raise awareness of the important role of graphic information, enhance the quality of content and presentation of graphic information, and research the needs and habits of readers regarding this non-verbal form of communication.

The research findings provide a basis for reporters, media professionals, and journalists to understand and assess the public's attitudes and perspectives towards graphic information in the healthcare sector. This will practically improve the quality of graphic news articles and build a specialized graphic design team, focusing on this area within online newsrooms in particular and Vietnamese print media in general.

The author surveyed 03 online newspapers such as Health & Life, Vietnamplus, and VNExpress . Thereby, the author evaluates the advantages and limitations of content, form, impact of graphic information and recommends some solutions to improve the quality for online newspapers. Vietnamese researchers in medical field aim to properly realize the important role of graphic information, improve the quality of the content and form of graphical information presentation, or study the needs and habits of patients, readers of this form of non-literary language.

The research results are the basis data for reporters, who are working in the media to recognize and evaluate the attitudes and opinions of the public readers towards graphic information in the medical field. Since, practically improving the quality of information-graphic news articles and building a team of graphic designers, specializing this department in particular and Vietnamese press offices in general in online newspapers.
