The author surveys three online newspapers: Health & Life Online, Vietnamplus, and VNExpress. Through this, the author assesses the advantages and limitations in content, form, and impact of graphic information on the public, and recommends several solutions to improve the quality of graphic information in Vietnamese online newspapers in the healthcare sector. The aim is to raise awareness of the important role of graphic information, enhance the quality of content and presentation of graphic information, and research the needs and habits of readers regarding this non-verbal form of communication.
