10. Summary of the thesis results:
In conducting the research project "Communication on Administrative Reform in Binh Phuoc Newspapers," based on an analysis of related concepts, the author of this thesis objectively assesses the current state of information on administrative reform in Binh Phuoc newspapers. Through this, the aim is to improve the quality and effectiveness of information and communication on administrative reform in Binh Phuoc newspapers.
Based on established theoretical foundations of journalism and administrative reform, the author of this thesis conducted a field survey at the selected media outlets, namely BPTV – Binh Phuoc Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper, from November 1, 2019, to December 30, 2020, focusing on the print version of Binh Phuoc Newspaper and the IT Today program (television format). Additionally, to gain a more objective perspective on the research topic, the author conducted a survey to gather opinions from several stakeholders related to administrative reform.
Through observation, research, and surveys, the author found that the press in Binh Phuoc province has fully, promptly, and accurately informed and disseminated the Party's guidelines, the State's policies, and the Government's overall administrative reform program for the period 2011-2020. At the same time, it has recorded the thoughts and aspirations of all strata of the people, publishing, transmitting, and broadcasting them on newspapers and radio, helping leading agencies and administrative units at all levels to implement administrative procedures, overcome difficulties and obstacles, and make timely adjustments to improve the quality of administrative reform.
The press in Binh Phuoc also focuses on fulfilling its function of social critique and promptly commending exemplary cases in administrative reform and the development of e-government. The information presented in Binh Phuoc's press is quite lively, attracting public attention through viewing, listening, and reading. This contributes to improving the effectiveness of information and propaganda, fulfilling the function of guiding public opinion, and encouraging agencies, organizations, the business community, and all sectors of the population to participate in implementing regulations on administrative reform…
Based on a survey and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of Binh Phuoc's press regarding administrative reform, and a prediction and assessment of future administrative reform issues, this thesis proposes several specific solutions and recommendations for relevant agencies to further enhance the effectiveness of information and communication in the field of administrative reform and the development of e-government in Binh Phuoc's press.

When implementing the Project "Communicating information about administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press", on the basis of analyzing related concepts, the author of the thesis evaluates customers who make information about administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press. Thereby, improve the quality and effectiveness of information and transmission of administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press.
On the basis of the established theory of journalism and administrative reform, the author of the thesis conducts a fact-finding survey at selected newspapers for reference, namely BPTV - Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper during the period of time. from November 1, 2019 to December 30, 2020 with the type Print Newspaper Binh Phuoc Newspaper and IT Today Program (TV model). In addition, in order to have an objective perspective on the research issue, the author of the thesis conducted a survey to collect opinions of several subjects related to PAR.
The author discovered through study and survey that Binh Phuoc Press has thoroughly, promptly, and accurately communicates and propagated the Party's directives, the State's policies, and the Government's overall PAR program for the period 2011-2020. Simultaneously, recording the thoughts and aspirations of people of all classes, publishing, transmitting, and broadcasting on newspapers and radio, and helping leading agencies and administrative units at all levels in the implementation of administrative procedures to remove difficulties, problems, and promptly main things to improve the quality of public administration reform.
Binh Phuoc Press is also eager in performing social criticism and appreciating models in PAR and e-Government development quickly. The public's interest in watching, listening, and reading is piqued by the vibrant presentation of information in Binh Phuoc's press. Since then, I've been working to improve the effectiveness of information and communication, as well as guiding public opinion by encouraging agencies, organizations, the business community, and people from all walks of life to participate effectively. On the basis of surveying and analyzing the advantages and limitations of Binh Phuoc press in PAR, and predicting and evaluating PAR issues in the coming time, within the framework of the thesis, the author proposed offer some specific solutions. and recommendations to relevant agencies in order to further improve the effectiveness of information and communication in the field of administrative reform and e-Government building in the Binh Phuoc press.
