- To provide an overview; systematize the theoretical and practical foundations related to E-Learning messages in online newspapers; and from there, draw out some basic issues in information dissemination, communication, online newspaper theory, information management, E-Learning communication theory, and some other concepts.
- Survey and assess the current state of E-Learning messaging on online newspapers from 2017 to the end of 2021: Identify the causes and propose solutions.
- Propose several solutions to improve the effectiveness of E-Learning messages on online newspapers.
