11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- This dissertation focuses on analyzing and systematically clarifying the main contents of Minh Mệnh's governing thought, such as the concept of divine mandate in governing thought, governing by clearly defining the position, role, and responsibilities of the king and the officials in the state apparatus, governing through morality and law via education and moral guidance, and governing through administrative reform and improvement of the state apparatus, and foreign policy in governing thought.
- The thesis identifies and analyzes the outstanding values ​​and main limitations in Minh Mệnh's governing philosophy.
- At the same time, the thesis provides an overview of the influence of Minh Mệnh's governing philosophy on the Nguyễn dynasty and the lessons learned from that philosophy for the current national construction and development in Vietnam.
12. Practical applications:
- This dissertation can serve as a reference for studying, researching, and teaching the thought of Minh Mệnh in particular, the history of Vietnamese thought during the Nguyễn dynasty, and the history of Vietnamese thought and philosophical thought in general.
- Furthermore, the main contents and outstanding values ​​of the thesis serve as a basis for understanding, researching, and applying them to the practical development of the country in Vietnam today.
13. Future research directions:
- Continuing research from different perspectives and sources on the governing and socio-political thought of Minh Mệnh in particular, and the history of Vietnamese thought in general (especially the period from the Nguyễn dynasty onwards), we can draw and analyze lessons from these thoughts for the current task of building and developing the country in Vietnam.

- The thesis points out and analyzes the main outstanding and limited values ​​in Minh Menh's thought on ruling of country.
- The thesis presents an overview of the influence of Minh Menh's thought on ruling of the country on the Nguyen Dynasty and lessons learned from that thought for the construction and development of the country in Vietnam today.
