Training on organizing the Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

This morning (October 4), at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, nearly 60 union officials from 19 affiliated union departments attended the training conference to organize the union congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
This is a key activity in the 2025 trade union year, aiming to implement Plan No. 07/KH-CĐ VNU-HN dated September 10, 2025 of the Hanoi National University Trade Union on organizing Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 7th Hanoi National University Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School's Trade Union directly guided and trained the core contents in the preparation and organization of the Congress, including the following contents:
* Introducing the system of directive and guidance documents of the superior trade union, directly the Hanoi National University Trade Union, on:
* Procedures, time and form of organizing trade union congresses at all levels;
* Steps to develop a congress plan, personnel plan, report content for the congress, working regulations;
* Forms, election procedures and reporting documents are sent to the School Union Office.
Many opinions of the delegates were answered and discussed by the School Union. The conference also created a forum for exchange and discussion for union officials to share experiences, unify implementation processes, and ensure that the Congresses of the departmental unions are organized in accordance with regulations, democratically, practically and effectively.
This training is an important first step, helping units to be proactive, synchronous and follow the correct procedures in preparing for the Congress, aiming to build a strong trade union organization, accompanying the development of the School Trade Union.
