Training on organizing the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

This morning (October 4th), at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, nearly 60 trade union officials from 19 affiliated trade union branches participated in a training conference on organizing the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
This is a key activity in the 2025 trade union year, aimed at implementing Plan No. 07/KH-CĐ ĐHQGHN dated September 10, 2025, of the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, on organizing trade union congresses at all levels leading up to the 7th Trade Union Congress of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, term 2025-2030, and trade union congresses at all levels.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the University's Trade Union - directly guided and trained on the core contents of the preparation and organization of the Congress, including the following:
* Introducing the system of directive and guidance documents from higher-level trade unions, specifically the Trade Union of Hanoi National University, regarding:
* Procedures, timelines, and organizational formats for trade union congresses at all levels;
* Steps in developing the congress plan, personnel proposal, content of reports to be presented to the Congress, and working regulations;
* The forms, election procedures, and reporting documents should be submitted to the School's Trade Union Office.
Many of the delegates' opinions were addressed and discussed by the University's Trade Union. The conference also created a forum for exchange and discussion, allowing trade union officials to share experiences, standardize implementation procedures, and ensure that the congresses of departmental trade unions are organized in accordance with regulations, democratically, practically, and effectively.
This training session is an important first step, helping units to proactively, synchronously, and correctly prepare for the Congress, aiming to build a strong trade union organization that supports the development of the University's Trade Union.
