Effective time management and work organization skills

In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Principal of the School emphasized the importance of time management skills in the context of the strong industrial revolution 4.0. According to the Vice Principal, mastering time and organizing work effectively not only helps individuals succeed but is also a decisive factor for the quality and performance of the entire organization. Therefore, the training session has practical significance, contributing significantly to the work of improving the capacity and quality of the School's staff and lecturers.
This is one of a series of activities organized by the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to enhance management and operation capacity and develop soft skills for staff and lecturers, attracting the participation of a large number of trade union members throughout the school.

At the training session, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phung shared the principles of effective time management, how to apply digital technology and social networks to save time, as well as methods of organizing scientific work for individuals and groups. Her sharing was not only theoretical but also illustrated with vivid practical examples from her teaching, research, management and union activities. Thereby, the trainees were inspired and motivated to apply time management methods more effectively in their daily work.
The atmosphere of the training session became exciting when the staff and lecturers actively participated in the discussion, sharing personal experiences in time management, work handling and balancing between professional tasks and personal life.
