Awarding the quality accreditation certificate to the Management Science program.
The following programs at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have been awarded accreditation certificates: Journalism, Public Relations, Management Science, Hotel Management, Office Management, Religious Studies, and Vietnamese Studies.
According to Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Director of the Thang Long Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, receiving accreditation certificates for 7 undergraduate training programs is an important milestone demonstrating development, but it also requires the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to further improve its training programs to meet the expectations of society.
Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, stated that the university was the first training institution of Hanoi National University to establish a Center for Educational Quality Assurance (since 2006) and is also one of the pioneering units in building an internal quality assurance system, strongly implementing self-assessment and external evaluation activities for training programs.
To date, 18 out of 31 undergraduate programs at the university have been accredited according to national and international standards. Of these, the seven accreditation certificates awarded today represent two important groups of disciplines: highly applied training programs and basic science programs.
