Global Future Strategic Senior Management Program
The Global Future Strategy Advanced/Executive Program in Vietnam is a high-level management training program designed to meet the practical needs of the international business environment, especially the Korean business community operating in Vietnam. The program is jointly implemented by SNUAC and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, based on academic and training cooperation between the two institutions.
The core objective of the program is to enhance the strategic thinking and management capabilities of leaders and managers in the context of increasing global competition. Through the program, participants are equipped with a comprehensive knowledge system regarding Vietnam's political, economic, social, cultural, and institutional environment, thereby improving their ability to plan strategies, make decisions, and manage businesses in the local market. Simultaneously, the program contributes to strengthening bilateral strategic understanding between Vietnam and South Korea, promoting sustainable cooperation in the economic, educational, and academic fields.
Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.
This training course was created in the context of Vietnam increasingly asserting its position as a strategic destination for global investment and supply chains, while strategic competition among major powers and the restructuring of the world economic order place new demands on management capabilities. This reality requires foreign businesses, especially Korean businesses, to have a deep understanding of the local context, as well as the ability to adapt to long-term strategies. GFSAMP-VN was developed to directly meet this need, with an academic approach closely linked to policy analysis and management practices.
The program is taught primarily in Korean with supplementary English instruction, and consists of 15 weeks of study with 15 core courses, 6 supplementary courses, and one special field or thematic course. The training focuses on global strategy and international competitiveness; analysis of Vietnam from political, economic, social, historical, and cultural perspectives; the business management and operational environment in Vietnam; and technological innovation trends and future forecasts.
The South Korean partner leader delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.
The faculty consists of professors from Seoul National University, international experts, and reputable Vietnamese scholars and specialists, ensuring academic standards, interdisciplinary approach, and the ability to connect theory and practice.
Previously, this training program was implemented in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting approximately 57 participants. The participants were senior leaders and managers from Korean businesses in Vietnam, along with Vietnamese managers, experts, and entrepreneurs proficient in Korean, creating a highly interactive and networking learning environment.
