On November 11, 2022, the Minister of Education and Training issued Decision 3646/QD-BGDĐT approving the joint organization of the Aptis English certificate exam between British Council (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., Vietnam Education Trade and Development Co., Ltd., Education and Times Media Joint Stock Company, ETE Vietnam Co., Ltd., Times Technology and Education Development Co., Ltd., and the British Council (United Kingdom).
