The University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a graduation ceremony for nearly 41 PhDs and 153 Master's degree recipients.

On November 26, 2022, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities solemnly held the second graduation ceremony of 2022, awarding degrees to 41 new PhDs and 153 new Master's graduates.

Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities), and faculty members from the leadership of the departments and faculties. Of particular note was the presence of the newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders, along with numerous relatives and friends who came to congratulate and encourage them.
On behalf of the University's Board of Directors, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan warmly congratulated all the new PhD and Master's graduates on completing their challenging journey to achieve success today. In particular, over the past two years, the COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted all aspects of social life and led to changes in postgraduate training policies. However, with the support of the university, the guidance of their supervisors, the encouragement of family and loved ones, and especially the exceptional efforts of themselves, the students and researchers have successfully completed their studies and research. Rector Hoang Anh Tuan also shared: Vietnam National University, Hanoi in general and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in particular are implementing many doctoral and postdoctoral scholarship programs and open admission policies; therefore, the university hopes to continue accompanying the PhD and Master's graduates in their future studies, scientific research, and work. The success of today's PhD and Master's graduates is a source of pride for the university, contributing to the reputation of Hanoi University of Humanities in its mission to train high-quality human resources and contribute to the overall development of society.

Rector Hoang Anh Tuan delivered a congratulatory speech to all the new PhD and Master's graduates and expressed his gratitude for the support and companionship of the institutions, families, and friends of the new PhD and Master's graduates.

Associate Professor Bui Thanh Nam, Head of the Training Department, announced the Decision recognizing the doctoral degree and awarding the PhD diploma.

Dr. Dinh Tien Hieu (Deputy Head of the Student Affairs and Student Support Department) announced the Decisions to award commendations to doctoral candidates and trainees who have achieved outstanding academic results.

Representing the students and postgraduate researchers attending the graduation ceremony, newly awarded Doctor of Philosophy Dao Thi Thu Thuy expressed her deep gratitude to the university's leadership, faculties, departments, and supervising professors who have always supported, encouraged, and motivated her throughout her challenging studies and dissertation completion. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Thuy emotionally shared: "Throughout this difficult and challenging journey, we postgraduate researchers have received profound knowledge, a love for science, and especially, seriousness, responsibility, and dedication to our work from our professors. The experiences and growth gained from studying at the Hanoi University of Humanities will be the foundation that will help us continue to contribute and achieve new successes in the future, contributing to the development of society in many fields. Today's success is not the destination, but the beginning of a new journey with many new goals." And in the future, no matter what position we hold, we will dedicate all the intellect and energy we have cultivated at the Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities to contributing to society, to once again affirm that the human resources trained by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are of high quality in terms of ethics, thinking, methods, work skills, and profound human values.
The ceremony took place in a solemn, warm, and emotional atmosphere, filled with joy and happiness for the new PhD and Master's graduates, their teachers, families, and friends!
