Note:Candidates eligible for direct admission must submit their applications in the same manner as candidates applying through the entrance exam, according to the list of required documents mentioned above.
Note:- Successful candidates who are unable to attend the official enrollment day due to legitimate reasons will have a maximum of 7 days from the official enrollment day to complete the enrollment procedures. After this period, if the candidate does not enroll, they will not be recognized as a graduate student.
1.2 Doctoral Admissions:- Candidate's application documents (submitted during the application process)
- Successful doctoral candidates must complete the tuition payment procedure as stipulated in section 2 below to finalize their enrollment. If students require an Admission Notice to complete procedures with their sponsoring organization/unit, please pick it up at the Training Department (Admissions Section), Room 601, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- After completing their tuition fee obligations, successful doctoral candidates must retain proof of the bank transfer so that the university can confirm their enrollment and recognize them as doctoral students.

C. PROCEDURES FOR ARRIVING AT THE SCHOOL:
1. Candidates will receive their admission notice in person upon arrival for enrollment.
2. Candidates must pay tuition fees according to the details and methods announced above.
3. Candidates should come to the Planning and Finance Department (Room 410, Building E) to receive their tuition fee receipts.
4. Candidates should bring their receipt and admission documents to Room 307, Building E to complete the admission procedures.
D. TRAINING PLAN AND PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING OUTCOME CERTIFICATES:Training plan: After enrollment, successful candidates in the second round of master's programs in 2022 will receive notification of their study plan from the postgraduate training assistants of their respective departments/faculties (please check your email regularly).
Submitting documents proving completion of foreign language proficiency requirements: Students who already possess a foreign language diploma/certificate, in addition to submitting the required foreign language diploma/certificate as part of their admission application, must also submit two notarized photocopies along with a Foreign Language Diploma/Certificate Submission Form to request recognition of completion of the foreign language proficiency requirement.
Note:From 2022 onwards, only those with a university degree in foreign languages/foreign language pedagogy, those with a university degree or higher obtained through full-time study abroad, or those with a foreign language certificate at level 4 (equivalent to B2) or higher according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam will be recognized as meeting the foreign language proficiency requirements.
The languages recognized as foreign language proficiency requirements for master's degree programs include one of five languages: English, Russian, French, Chinese, or German (Korean and Japanese are also recognized for the Asian Studies specialization).
