Note:Suggestions for graduate students and postgraduate students:
- Be on time (Late students and researchers will not have time to complete the procedures for signing for the diploma, changing into formal attire and receiving the diploma on stage).
- Sit in the correct position in the Hall assigned by the Organizing Committee.
- When receiving the diploma, you must bring an identification document with a photo attached. In case you cannot come to receive the diploma, the person who comes to receive the diploma on your behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
- Students/PhD students must register to receive their diplomas with the faculty/department assistant before Wednesday (November 23, 2022). Students/PhD students who have received their diplomas must bring their diplomas with them to be awarded in the Hall.
