Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Note:We would like to request the following from postgraduate and doctoral students:
- Please arrive on time (Students and researchers who arrive late will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing the diploma, changing into ceremonial attire, and receiving the diploma on stage).
- Please sit in the assigned seat in the hall as directed by the Organizing Committee.
- When collecting your diploma, please bring your photo ID. If you are unable to come in person, the person collecting it on your behalf must bring a notarized power of attorney document along with copies of the citizen identification cards of both the authorizing person and the authorized person.
- Students/researchers who have registered to receive their diplomas should do so with the faculty/department assistant before Wednesday (November 23, 2022). Students/researchers who have already received their diplomas should bring them with them to be presented in the auditorium.
The list of master's and doctoral graduates receiving their degrees in the second batch of 2022 is attached below.
