Announcement of regular university admission for the second training programs in 2024 (phase 2)

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) announces the enrollment plan for full-time undergraduate training programs (CTDT) of the second major in 2024 (phase 2) with the following specific contents:

2. Admission objects
- Full-time student of University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
-Full-time students of schools in Hanoi National University (University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, University of Law, University of Economics), School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts).
3. Conditions for admission registration
- The major of the second training program must be different from the major of the first training program.
- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program is 2.5 or higher and meets the input quality assurance threshold of the second program in the year of enrollment.
- Students have an application to study a second training program and pay tuition according to the regulations of the training unit.

4. Admission method
Consider the average academic score from the beginning of the course to the end of semester II of the 2023-2024 school year from highest to lowest until the quota is filled.

6.2. Application fee
- Fee: 100,000 VND/application
- Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities pay fees directly and receive support in printing transcripts.(proof of academic results up to the time of admission)at Training Room (Room 103, Building E)
- Students of training units outside the University of Social Sciences and Humanities transfer fees when registering for admission, make a copy of the transaction results and submit them with the transcript.(proof of academic results up to the time of admission) signed and stamped by the first training unit.

7. Tuition
- Tuition is calculated per credit unit, paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
- Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 academic year (expected) are based on the tuition fees for first-year students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (applicable to students of the QH-2024 course).
8. Training organization
Students study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Based on the general timetable for the school's majors and the specific timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.
9. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate enough credits as prescribed in the second training program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.
Note: The maximum time to complete the second training program is the maximum time to complete the first training program.
